Houston was down by three with 6.5 seconds left in the game and the ball at half court. Coming out of the time out everyone in the gym knew who was going to receive the ball, #4-Beau Muhlbach from Lufkin, TX. Beau managed to draw the foul while shooting a three. He went to the line with four seconds remaining, made the first two baskets and missed his final shot with the rebound going to a Houston player who scored a lay up to win the KING OF HOOPS title for 2010.
For winning this years title each player from Momentum received: a pair of Jordan Brand shoes, $200 gift certificates each for custom shirts, Nike gym bags. The MVP-Beau Muhlbach received Jordan Brand sweat suite, shirt, shorts and shoes as well as $100 gift certificate to Friedman Shoes. The coach received the set of Jordan uniforms worn by the players in the championship game. And the grand Prize...Momentum of Houston, TX will represent the KING OF HOOPS and the U.S.A. in Paris, France June 2011 at the Jordan sponsored Quai 54 Interntational Pro-Am Tournament.
